I always apply a holistic approach: everything in our world is connected, hence, isolated approaches are not sustainable when it comes to improving your health. Training your body and eating better is not just about making a change in the mirror. It’s about improving your quality of life, how you see yourself and how you are perceived by others. Bad “modern” habits such as slouching at work, lack of movement or dysbalances in the body and even negative emotions can cause bad posture. The consequences of bad posture:

  • lower status: being perceived as less vital and shorter
